Your satisfaction in the process of buying your home is essential. That's why we offer various payment methods to simplify your shopping experience. Several choices are available: Visa and MasterCard.


Exchange policy

Bristol Robins wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchases. That's why we ask you to contact a member of our team who will tell you the steps to return your products. Please note that the cost of return transportation of the goods will be at your expense.

Please note that we exchange or give a credit only on products that have not been opened, damaged and only non-perishable products. If, after receipt of your package, a product is damaged, please immediately contact customer service to take steps needed to replace the item.

Our return policy is only effective products within 48 business hours of the date of receipt of your order, provided for an exchange or breach of an article. Any returns requested after this date will not be completed.

We do not refund any shipping charges. No exchange or credit note on product on sale.


Shipping fees

Shipping fees are based on actual costs we pay and depends on the weight and distance. Shipping fees are automatically calculated after you log in to your account. Registration is necessary as it allows to know your contact information to calculate shipping charges.


Shipping time

Monday to Friday, all orders are shipped within 10 days after receipt of the order. Note that there are no deliveries on Saturday and Sunday.

Depending on the destination of the package, the shipping time varies between 2-5 business days.


Missing product

If one of your products is not available, we will contact you to let you know when it will be. If the delivery does not suit you, you'll be able to replace the item, otherwise we perform an automatic refund of the item in question.


Shipping policy

Please note that we always receive, by Canada Post, delivery confirmation when you receive your order. If you have not received any orders and we have not received confirmation of delivery of this order, we will immediately take steps to trace your lost item.

However, if we have confirmation of delivery Canada Post, we are in no way responsible for what happened with the order delivered to the shipping address specified when you placed the order. Therefore, we suggest you always recheck the shipping address and postal code to avoid errors in delivery that we can not in any way be held responsible.

Delivery is made by Canada Post across Canada.
