Stopmite has 2 ways to make lofts more clean:
The essential oils of Stopmite mixed with the nourishment get excreted through the skin, the respiratory tract and feces. This particular smell of the animals, their droppings and nest form an insect repellent area.
The clay in Stopmite absorbs and neutralizes ammonia from the droppings. This makes the air of lofts less irritating and cleaner; Stopmite increases the welfare of the pigeons.
Usage
30g (= 2 tablespoons) per kg of feed during 2 weeks.
Maintenance: Give 15g per kg of feed twice a week.
After cleaning the lofts, you can also put a small layer of powder on the floor so pigeon droppings can dry.
As mentioned above, a loft rich in clean air and oxygen is highly important.
